A RESOLUTION RELEASING <br />TAX FORFEIT LANDS FOR REPURCHASE <br />WHEREAS, on March 11, 1985 the City of Orono adopted <br />Pesolution 1737 requesting tax forfeit land be conveyed to the <br />City of Orono for park purposes; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono has been notified by <br />Hennepin County that the original owner of the properties has <br />applied for repurchase of the lands; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono has entered into an informal <br />agreement for the use of the property. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Orono <br />does hereby rescind Resolution 1737 and does hereby authorize the <br />following properties to be repurchased by the original owner: <br />District Plat Parcel PID <br />38 <br />42620 <br />4260 <br />06-117-23 <br />41 <br />0067 <br />38 <br />42620 <br />4300 <br />06-117-23 <br />41 <br />0068 <br />39 <br />42620 <br />4350 <br />06-117-23 <br />41 <br />0069 <br />38 <br />42620 <br />4400 <br />06-117-23 <br />41 <br />0070 <br />38 <br />42620 <br />4450 <br />06-117-23 <br />41 <br />0071 <br />Adopted by 'he City Council of the City of Orono, <br />Minnesota at a regular Council meeting held the 28th day of May, <br />1985 by a vote of ayes and - nayes. <br />ATTEST: <br />Dorothy M.
