Gerhardson, Public Works Coordinator <br />Date: May 23, 1985 <br />Subject: Release of Tax Forfeit Property for Repurchase <br />On March 11, 1985 the City of Crono adopted Resolution 1737 <br />requesting conveyance of tax forfeit property on Tonkawa Road. <br />On April 22, 1985, the City of Orono received notice from <br />Hennepin County that the original owner has submitted an application <br />and funds for repurchase of the property. <br />I have discussed with the owner his intent of use of the property <br />(see attached letter from Mr. Roger Koehnen). After discussion and <br />receipt of the letter from Mr. Koehnen, it is staff's opinion that it <br />would be in the best interest to release the property for repurchase. <br />I have attached a resolution for your approval and adoption. <br />TO: Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: Mark Bernhardson, City Administrator <br />DATE: p- 24, 1985 <br />Forwarded recommendation approved. <br />
