Nothing in the Con- tract Documents shall create any contractual relationship between Owner or Engineer and any Subcontractor or other person or organization having a direct A contract with Contractor, nor shall it create any obligation on the part of Owner or Engineer to pay or to see to the payment of any moneys due any Sub- contractor or other person or organization, except as may otherwise be re- quired by law. Owner or Engineer may furnish to any Subcontractor or other R person or organization, to the extent practicable, evidence of amounts paid to 1 Contractor on account of specific Work done. 7.7.3 The divisions and sections of the Specifications and the identifica- tions of anv Drawings shall not control Contractor in dividing the Work among Subcontractors or delineating the Work to be performed by any specific trade. 7.7.4 All Work performed for Contractor by a Subcontractor will be pursuant to an appropriate agreement between Contractor and the Subcontractor which specifically binds the Subcontractor to the applicable terms and conditions of the Contract Documents for the benefit of Owner and Engineer and contains waiver provisions as required by paragraph 6.1.4.
