Mabusth, Zoning Administrator <br />May 23, 1985 <br />Status of Property Located at 2695 Casco Point Road <br />The temporary pump has been installed to remove the standing <br />water around the foundation. Hay bales were restaked along the <br />south property line. A dumpster has been installed on the site <br />and all refuge collected and placed within. Building materials <br />have been neatly restacked on the site. <br />I have enclosed the plan for the intended drainage control <br />stucture. The City Engineer has reviewed the plan and has asked <br />for a clean -out where the 4" pipe and 12" pipe connect. Chris <br />Adams advised that bids are out as of the week of May 20th and <br />the contractor will be selected by the end of the week. work <br />will begin on the drainage structure sometime after the holiday <br />week -end. The original surveyor, Mark Gronberg, has been <br />directed by Chris Adams to certify the existing setbacks. The <br />certification survey of the existing elevation will be presented <br />to Council for their review as soon as staff is in receipt of the <br />survey. <br />The building inspector has advised that there has never been <br />a span of 180 days where no work had been done on building. He <br />does not feel a new building permit is required. <br />
