I noticed <br />a 10' public access running along the west side of the above <br />stated property. Upon physical examination of that property <br />line it appears that a graveled parking area alongside the west <br />side of the existing garage overlaps well into the public area. <br />Also having been an interested observer during the variance <br />hearings for this property it seems to me that part of the final <br />variance was the requirement for elimination of all hard cover <br />along the west side of the new structure. I spoke with a former <br />member of the Planning Commission who was, at that time, an <br />active member of the commission. This person also remembers <br />something similar. In view of all the pressure presently being <br />put on one resident nextdoor about hardcover would you please <br />check your records and advise. <br />Respectfully <br />Dick Carl <br />
