Side of CSAH 6 <br />Section 2 , Township 118, Range 23 <br />Hennepin County Plat No. 1295 <br />Review and Reconnendations <br />Minnesota SLL -ates 505.02 and 505.03, Plats and Surveys, require County review of <br />proposed plat,G abutting CcAmty roads. We reviewed the above plat and off-r the <br />following comments: <br />-Based on the latest state aid design standards for a rural roadway, the developer <br />should dedicate an additional 10 feet of right of way making the right of way 50 <br />feet front the center of CSAH 6. <br />The location of Outlot A to serve Lots 1 6 2 - and future development to the <br />north, meets the minimum sight distance requirements for the posted speed limit <br />and is acceptable to Hennepin County. <br />Any new access onto a county road requires an apr- f-•.,ed Hennepin County entrance <br />permit before beginning any construction. See of intenance Division for <br />entrance permit forms. <br />Any proposed construction within County riyat of way requires an approved uti.'_+_ty <br />permit prior to beginning construction. This includes but is not limited to, <br />drainage and utility construction, trail devulopnxnt, and landscaping.
