<br />The 1985 Board of Review reconvened on June 10, 1985 at 6:30 p.m.
<br />following -were preseu, from the Council: Acting Mayor Frahm, Counci lmember- L
<br />Adams, and Grabek. Councilmember T. Adams arrived at 7:39 p.m. Mayor Bt. ler
<br />was absent. The following represented the City staff: City Administrator
<br />Bernhardson, City Attorney Radio, and Recorder Sotto,;. City Assessor Rolf
<br />Erickson was ._lso present. Act- ►•- Mayor Frahm called the meeting to order at 6:35
<br />p.m.
<br />City Administrator Bernhardson noted that three members of the public were at
<br />the May 30, 1985. Board of Review meeting presenting two aprwals. Bernhardson
<br />explained that the Counci lmembers received a random Camp] irig of sa les in the Or no
<br />area and also the t.ssessor's recommendations regarding the rs,.;;rested chanc s in
<br />valuations at the last Board of Review meeting. Pi.,rnhardson noted that
<br />information received tonight regarding the Rossing residence.at130 Cygnet Place
<br />should include a market value of that property of $108,000.
<br />Mr. and Mrs. Charles Boehm of 997 Wildhurst '.rail were present. Boehm noted
<br />that he submitted a letter to City Hall for the Councilm©mbers stating his
<br />position.
<br />City Administrate: Bernhardson explained that the letter Boer . wru'

<br />Mr. Charles Boehm of 997 Wi ldhurst Trail ( #07-117-13 21 0004 ) stated that
<br />he feels his property value is unfair. Boehm stated thi.t even though he paid
<br />$165,000 fa the home, he rirl not realize 3t the home needed extensive
<br />remudclin.g a;-.j Ire felt that the home was not wor� ` ,000. Boehm noted that the
<br />home wrs market for 14 months which ss ,vo been a test for the true
<br />valuatic;,c. Boehm stated that the garage is say-,_ a a has received ? rniote
