MINUTES OF THE REGULAR ORONO COUNCIL MEETING HELD JUNE 10, 1985 PAGE. 12 Acting Mayor Frahm noted that the City should condemn the other two unite -if they are not planned to be served with sewer, otherwise assign four units to the four dwelling units on 1950 Shoreline Drive. Frahm noted that there will probably be four dwelling units therefor a long time and it is adjacent to a c..,mmercial property. Questior._ were raised from the audience regarding past sewer projects and the way they were assessed. City Administrator Bernhardson answered such questions, and discussion continued among Councilmembers. Councilmember L. Adams moved, Acting Mayor Frahm seconded, to approve the assignment of five units to the City properties. Motion, Ayes (4), Nays (0). Councilmember T. Adams moved, Acting Mayor Frahm sec *.ed, to assign two sewer units to Sailors World (1 for retail operation and 1 for pump out building) . Motion, Ayes ( 4) , Nays (0). Acting Mayor Frahm moved, Councilmember T. Adams seconded, to adopt Resoluton #1778, A Resolution assigning one sewer unit to Tonka Transmission, subject to staff revisions as discussed. Motion, Ayes (4), Nays (0). Councilmember L. Adams moved, Councilmember Grabek .econded, to direct staff to draft a resolution assigning four sewer units to 1950 Shoreline Drive. Motion, Ayes (4), Nays (0). PAYP=T SCHR ILE ON ASSESSMENTS PROJECT 85•-1 i 85-2 City Administrator Bernhardson reviewed the payment schedule for the Crystal Bay sewer project. Bernhardson recommended that the equal principal with varying interest rates be adopted for easier accounting purposes. Councilmember Grabek moved, Councilmember T. Adams seconded, to adopt the equal principal and varying interest rate payment schedule on the Crystal Bay Sewer Project. Motion, Ayes (4), Nays (0). SET INTEREST RATE FOR SEWER PROJECT City Administrator Bernhardson noted that the bond rates awarded wer^7.9156% and that staffrecommends approxim.tely 1.25% to be added for admi rat ive charges. Bernhardson recommended that. the inr t rate be set at 9.2%. Acting Mayor Frahm moored, Councilmember L. Adams seconded, to adopt the interest rate Of 9.2% for the Crystal Bay sewer project.
