Adams moved, Councilmember Frahm seconded, <br />to adj-jst Elizabeth Gallo's hourly rate from $3.85 to $4.00 <br />per hour effective June 17, 1985. Motion, Ayes (4), Nays <br />(0). <br />Councilmember L. Adams moved, Councilmember Frahm seconded, <br />to adjust Stephanie Sligo's hourly rate from $4.15 per hour <br />to $4.30 per hour effective June 17, 1985. Motion, Ayes (4), <br />Nays (0). <br />MEDICAL LEAVE OF ABSENCE <br />WALTER BENSON <br />RESOLUTION 11785* Councilmember L. Adams moved, Councilmember Frahm seconded, <br />to adopt Resolution #1785, A Retroactive Resolution Granting <br />A Medical Leave of Absence. Motion, Ayes (4), Nays (0). <br />TRAPPING PERMIT RESPONSE* <br />Councilmember L. Adams moved, Councilmember Frahm seconded, <br />to accept the trapping permit response. Motion, Ayes (4), <br />Nays (0). <br />OLD BEACH ROAD TRAFFIC <br />Councilmember Frahm asked why the City cannot post the road <br />"no bucks" as requested. <br />City Administrator Bernhardson stated that there is no <br />evidc,: -e of damage to the road from trucks. Bernhardson <br />noterl Lhat the City could post one end of the road and <br />Minnetonka Beach would have to post the other end and it is an <br />unenforceable posting in that the City would have to allow <br />service utility maintenance and construction vehicles to the <br />residents of Old Beach Road. <br />Councilmember L. Adams moved, Councilmember Frahm seconded, <br />to approve the report regarding the traffic on Old Beach Road <br />as submitted. Motion, Ayes (5), Nays (0). <br />BIG ISLAND VETERANS CAMP* <br />Councilmember L. Adams moved, Councilmember Frahm seconded, <br />to accept staff's update on the Big Island Veterans Camp. <br />Motion, Ayes (4), Nays (0). <br />EASEMENTS TO DATE* Councilmember L.
