Motion, Ayes (4), <br />Nays (0). <br />OLD BEACH ROAD TRAFFIC <br />Councilmember Frahm asked why the City cannot post the road <br />"no bucks" as requested. <br />City Administrator Bernhardson stated that there is no <br />evidc,: -e of damage to the road from trucks. Bernhardson <br />noterl Lhat the City could post one end of the road and <br />Minnetonka Beach would have to post the other end and it is an <br />unenforceable posting in that the City would have to allow <br />service utility maintenance and construction vehicles to the <br />residents of Old Beach Road. <br />Councilmember L.
