GG ; DING <br />!U�1 2it 1(3E5 <br />DATE: <br />CITY V ee...1,!:'!N TO: <br />FROM: <br />INTEROFFICE MEMO 85-081 <br />June 13, 1985 <br />Mark Bernhardson, City Administrator <br />Mel Kilbo, Chief of Police <br />SUBJECT: Permission to Use Temporary Employees <br />Mrs. Sue Bobzien will have a baby on or about June 28, 1985. <br />Mrs. Carol Hansing, our part-time secretary, will be handling <br />more duties during this period but cannot cover all shifts. <br />I therefore request permission to hire two former employees, <br />Mr. Peter Palmer and Mrs. Sandy Woytke, to fill in shifts <br />as needed for a period of approx. six weeks. <br />I would propose to pay $5.75 per hour without benefits or <br />promise of future employment or position. <br />TO: Mayor and City Council <br />L, <br />FROM: Mark Bernhardson, City Administrator <br />Anticipate this request will be an "unanticipated" expense <br />of $700.00 in clerical budget which is off set by unused amount <br />of part-time clerical budget.
