The Art Center of Minnesota East is classified -as a Historic Property and would have to continue to be utilized in some manner which is consistent with its architecture. This could include renovation of the building to offices, retai' or apartments, so long as the exterior architecture remained intact. Art Center of Minnesota West The Art Center of Minnesota West is a str-irtr re which consist.. of a former elementary school with an approrrr age of 30 years, and an addition constructed in approximately 1978. The --w addition contained approximately 9,920 sf., the original building 10,018 sf. for z 'ntal building area of approximately 19,938 sf.
