Community Development Block Grant Programs - At <br />present the staff is developing programs for both <br />payment of assessment and also hookups. Given that <br />no hookup commitments can be -lone until this fall <br />that program will not be functional until such time. <br />Regarding the assessments, the program will need to <br />be in place prior to initial collections of the <br />first assessments next May.
