The proposed amount represents <br />a 30% increase fron. last year, on top of a 22% increase for <br />the prior year. <br />I have had a preliminary discussion with Mr. Erickson. <br />However we did not have enough time to conduct a thorough <br />review of the assessment. Nevertheless, because of the very <br />substantial increases of the last two years and a further <br />jump proposed for next year, I am concerned that my valuation <br />may be out of line with comparable properties because we have <br />recently purchased and refurbished the property. Therefore <br />I would like to reserve the right to appeal the valuation if <br />further analysis indicates it is appropriate. <br />Sincerely yours, <br />Alan S.
