<br />Note 4: Deferred Revenue
<br />A. SEWER OPERATING ENTERPRISE FUND, MCC - This amount represents the gain
<br />resulting from the sale of the City's sewer treatment facilities to the
<br />Metropolitan Waste Control Commission (MWCC'). The remaining balances due
<br />from MWCC totals $478,3O6 for the facilities and $9,634 for reserve capa-
<br />city charges and are included in Due From Other Governmental Units as of
<br />December 31, 1984. The total sales price of each portion of the facili-
<br />ties will be received over thirty years with interest at 4% per annun by
<br />credits against the annual sewage handling charges of MWLC.
