Our examination was mace in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards and, accordingly, included such tests of the accounting records and such other auditing procedures as we considered necessary in the circumstances. In our opinion, the General Purpose Financial Statements referred to above lrr- aent fairly the financial position of the City of Orono, Minnesota, at DecemLFr 31, 1984, and the results of its operations, changes in fund balances, and changes in financial position of the Proprietary Fund Types for the year then ended, in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles applied on a basis consistent with that of the preceding year after giving effect to the change, with whir`) we concur, in the method of accounting for vacation and severance pay li, lities in the General Long -Term Debt Account Group as described in Note 5 to the financial statements. t�.
