City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. <br />A RESOLUTION DETERMINING <br />THE NUMBER OF SEWER UNITS AT <br />1960 SHORELINE DRIVE <br />WHEREAS, the use of the property at 1960 Shoreline <br />Drive in Orono is currently under a Conditional Use Permit; and <br />WHEREAS, the Conditional Use Perm.:. allows for the <br />operation of a "service station"; and <br />WHEREAS, a service station operation requires sewer <br />units as per the schedule provided by the Metropolita,, Waste <br />Control Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, the current use of the property is an <br />automative repair shop t1l,at does not dispense great volumes of <br />gasoline; and <br />WHEREAS, City staff has dete,mined that under current <br />conditions the operation does qualify for one sewer unit until <br />such time as the operation changes. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that one sewer unit will <br />be assessed immediately and one sewer unit will be deferred until <br />such time as the operation changes back to a "service station" in <br />which the dispensing of gasoline is a major part of the <br />operation. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that when the deferred assess- <br />ment becomes due, that the assessment will be spr,,ad over the <br />same amount of time as all other units. <br />Adopted by the City Council, Orono Minnesota on this <br />day of , 1985. <br />ATTEST: <br />Dorothy M.
