Mabusth <br />Cosy of Orono <br />Box 66 <br />Crystal Bay, MN 55323 <br />Dear Ms Mabust-i: <br />Enclosed find my check for $400 to cover the cost of the <br />"after the fact" permit for my grading and drainage plans. <br />Also enclosed are 3 photographs covering the bridge <br />design and shoreline slopF. <br />Please be advised this is to b, a decorative pondand that it is <br />also to handle runoff from the surroundi..9 homes and adjacent <br />tennis court. We have removed approximately 100 cubic yards <br />from the pond area and piled this material on the east and <br />west sides of the north end of the pond. This material will <br />be used for finish gradinq around our home and also to refill <br />a small portion of the pond at the northeast corner of the <br />tennis court. The pond is approximately 41feet deep at its <br />deepest point. I do not know how to calculate the slope <br />of the shoreline aand have enclosed two representative pictures <br />for that purpose. The bridge in question will look exactly <br />like the rear deck of our home. Again I have enclosed a <br />picture for explanat'3n. The ends of the bridge will rest <br />on two concrete slabs which will float on top of the embankments. <br />I have a landscape design firm working on the details of the <br />bridye, shoreline and other related details.
