Motion, Ayes (4), Nays (0). <br />INFORMATION ONLY* <br />Council accepted City Administrator Bernhardson's <br />informational memo. <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br />130 CYGNET PLACE City Attorney Radio informed the Council that a formal <br />complaint has been prepared for four different violations <br />and he delivered to Building & Zoning Administrator Mabusth <br />for her signature in front of the judge. <br />LICENSES* Acting Mayor Frahm moved, Councilmember L. Adams seconded, <br />to approve the following licenses: <br />Wayzata Country Club - Fireworks permit <br />Halstad Contracting - Septic System Installer <br />Baldy Sanitation - Garbage Hauler License <br />Motion, Ayes (4), Nays (0). <br />BILLS* Acting Mayor Frahm moved, Councilmember L. Adams seconded, <br />that the All Funds Accounts and Liquor Store Accounts be <br />paid.
