G: -on, Assistant Zoning Administrator <br />Date: June 6, 1985 <br />Subject: #912 Gordon Hedlund, 3990 North Shore Drive - <br />Variance <br />Mr. Hedlund called me today at 11:15 and requested that his <br />application be tabled pending further information he expects to <br />receive from the County Transportation Department regarding their <br />possible acquisition of a larger portion of this property. He <br />expects further information in two weeks and would be rescheduled <br />for June 24 or July 8. I explained to him that based on the <br />Planning Commission recommendation and the City's past policy on <br />applications such as this, information that the County wishes to <br />purchase the property would not likely affect the Council's <br />action if a denial is in order, and it certainly wouldn't help <br />his case for approval.
