If applicant proposes steps or a stairway to the <br />lakeshore, applicant may not exceed existing steps or <br />existing amount of hardcover. <br />Based on the recommendation of the Planning Commission, you have three <br />options if you look favorably on this project: <br />1. Approve with the condition that the City Engineer <br />review and approve the final grading plans (draft <br />resolution attached). <br />2. Conceptually approve and table subject to staff review <br />of the revised plans; or <br />3. Table pending receipt of staff review of proposed <br />plans. <br />
