i�� <br /> �� �� <br /> � o 0 <br /> ��e� - � CITY of ORON� <br /> � � . � <br /> �� �,'�' . � RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> ��SHOg'� � � NO. � °� � � . <br /> REQUESTING CONVEYANCE OF TAX <br /> � FORFEIT LAND FOR PUBLIC USE <br /> PID 04-117-2313 0002 <br /> BY THE CITY OF ORONO <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br /> under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statute 282, the City has received from <br /> Hennepin County a list of lands within the City��which have become the property of the State of <br /> Minnesota for non-payment of real estate taxes; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Hennepin County Boazd of Commissioners have classified said <br /> lands as conservation land and have authorized the sale of each such pazcel of land subject to review <br /> and release by the City; and <br /> • WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said lands for compliance with local <br /> zoning ordinances,for the amount of outstanding special assessment remaining unpaid to the City, <br /> and/or for possible public use by the City as authorized by the statutes. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br /> Orono,pursuant to Minnesota Statute Section 282.01,Subdivision 1,hereby applies to the Hennepin <br /> County Board of Commissioners and to the Commissioner of Revenue for conveyance of the <br /> following tax forfeited land to the City for public use by the City of Orono. <br /> � PARCELS RETAINED FOR USE BY THE CITY <br /> District P.I.D.
