s .. � <br /> u.��. <br /> ��� <br /> /� �� <br /> � O o <br /> ��b. - CITY of ORONO <br /> � � <br /> ti <br /> �� G~' RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> ��sxo4'� � No. 4 71 � <br /> A RESOLUTION FOR THE COLLECTION OF DELINQUENT 2001 SEWER AND <br /> WATER UTILITY SERVICE CHARGES,RECYCLING PROGRAM FEES,ANNUAL <br /> SERVICE CHARGES FOR THE ON-SITE SEWAGE TREATMENT (SEPTIC) <br /> INSPECTION PROGRAM,AND GENERAL SERVICE FEES <br /> Whereas,the City Council of the City of Orono,Minnesota has enacted certain ordinances <br /> under Minnesota Statutes,therefore pursuant to Chapter 3, Chapter 12, Chapter 9, and Chapter 10, <br /> Orono City Code pertaining to payment and collection of sewer and water charges and annual service <br /> charges for recycling and the on-site sewage treatment(septic)inspection program,and false alarm <br /> fees, and developers improvement fees; and ` <br /> Whereas,the charges identified in the attached list ofproperties are delinquent in nature;and <br /> �Vhereas,the City has obtained from the Hennepin County Auditor,levy number 15287 for <br /> � the delinquent accounts; and . <br /> Whereas, the City hereby authorizes and directs the Hennepin County Auditor to extend <br /> upon the property tax lists of the County and further collect said assessments thereon, as provided <br /> by law; and <br /> �'hereas,the City hereby authorizes and directs the Hennepin County Auditor to add eight <br /> percent(8%) interest, as directed,to all amounts due. <br /> Therefore,Be It Resolved,that the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota hereby <br /> authorizes and directs the County Auditor of Hennepin County to assess properties identified in the <br /> attached list, made a part hereof, for the amounts of delinquent utilities/fees appearing along with <br /> such properties, plus eight percent (8%) interest added as directed.
