O1-2721 <br /> WHEREAS,Walter Holzer, (hereinafter"the applicant")is the owner of the property <br /> located at 1130 North Shore Drive West within the City of Orono(hereinafter"the City")and legally <br /> described as follows: <br /> See Exhibit A <br /> WHEREAS, the applicants have applied to the City for variances to Municipal <br /> Zoning Code Section 10.24, Subdivision 5 (B)to permit new residential construction on a lot that <br /> is 100 feet wide where 140 feet is required and Section 10.03,Subdivision 9 to permit two accessory <br /> structures on a lot without a principal structure; and <br /> � <br /> WHEREAS, after due published notice and mailed notice in accordance with <br /> Minnesota Statutes and the City of Orono Zoning and Planning Codes, the Orono Planning <br /> Commission held a public hearing on October 15, 2001, at which time all persons desiring to be <br /> heard concerning this application were given the opportunity to speak thereon. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,� BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br /> Minnesota: <br /> FINDINGS � <br /> 1. This application was reviewed as Zoning File#01-2721. <br /> 2. The properly is located in the LR-1B Zoning District,where 43,560 s.f. or 1 acre is <br /> the minimum required lot area. The property consists of approximately 36,4�8 s.f. <br /> or .848 acres. <br /> 3.
