RESOLUTION NO. 995 <br />—ADDITIONS TO THE CITY OF <br />ORONO FEE SCHEDULE FOR 1979 <br />WHEREAS, Ordinance 196 and 215 provide that all fees <br />charged by the City for various services and applications be in.the <br />amount listed in the current "City Fee Schedule"; and <br />WHEREAS, Ordinance provides for the collection of <br />Cash Contributions for Park and Recreational purposes in the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the fee amounts listed below are reasonable <br />contributions for -land developers to dedicate to the City for use <br />in the acquisition, development or maintenance of public parks, <br />playgrounds, storm water holding areas and debt retirement in <br />connection with land previously acquired for such public purposes, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of <br />the City of Orono hereby adds the following section to the City Fee <br />Schedule for 1979:. <br />PARK DEDICATION FEES Cash Contribution in lieu of land - <br />• Land Dedication Schedule per separate. Should an existing single family <br />residence be converted to duplex, the fee shill be one half of the schedule <br />amount due with the building permit. <br />• D Multifamily Residential: fee to be paid with building permit or with <br />subdivision, whichever occurs first, for each residential unit in a <br />multifamily (three or more units) building. <br />E Existing Residential: no fee is required for existing principal residential <br />units. <br />
