Non-oressurized lines for irrigation systems <br /> may be installed in the adjacent right-of-way, at the system owner's risk.The system owner shall <br /> relocate or remove the lawn irrigation system from the right-of- ay at the system owner's expense in <br /> the event said relocation or removal is required by the city or oth-r utility company authorized to use <br /> the city right-of-way.The system owner shall defend, indemnify, .i nd hold harmless the city its officials, <br /> and employees from and against any and all claims, liability for lo.s, damage, or injury arising directly <br /> or indirectly from the lawn irrigation system or to the system tha i is in the right-of-way. <br /> (b) The following shall not be considered to be encroachments on structur height requirements: <br /> (1) Parapet walls that extend no more than three feet above the height of the building. <br /> (2) HVAC cooling towers. <br /> (3) Elevator penthouses. <br /> SECTION 5.
