11 <br />RESOLUTION $k 950 <br />A RESOLUTION TO PROVIDE FOR THE COLLECTION <br />OF C6';TS OF REMOVING DISEASED TREES FROM PRIVATE PROPERTY <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota, <br />has enacted certain ordinances under Minnesota Statutes, therefore <br />pursuant to Chapter 1,1.1,,Orono City Code pertaining to abatement <br />of diseased trees on private property by the City of Orono and <br />assessment of costs incurred in so doing, the following properties <br />are charged with costs for diseased tree removal in the amounts <br />indicated. <br />0 <br />Plat Parcel Name Amount <br />4 3 24 ax-lvc $ 3:59. That the Hennepin County Auditor be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to extend upon proper tax lists of the <br />County and further collect said assessments thereon in the <br />manner provided by law. <br />3.
