Olson, Village Planner <br />DATE: March 16, 1979 <br />SUBJECT: #443 Subdivision - Conditions of Preliminary Approval <br />PRELIMINARY APPROVAL CONDITICNS <br />1. Two lots as proposed per survey received March 1, 1979. <br />2. Setback variances for existing structures (barn and shed). <br />3. Existing driveway locations. <br />FINAL PLAT SUP' T. TALS <br />1. RECORD PLAT required in form of two (2) mylar copies and one (1) <br />copy reduced to 1" = 200 ft. Mylars to be signed prior to submittal <br />to City. Drawing to include: <br />A. Dedication of County Road 84 width 33 ft. from centerline. <br />B. Dedication of drainage & utility easements 10 ft. wide <br />along all perimeter property lines and 5 ft. each side <br />of internal lot lines. <br />C. Designation of "wetlands" on the east property lines <br />and dedication of "drainage easement" over same area. <br />2. Completion of the attached flowage and conservation easement over <br />"the wetlands as shown on the plat of <br />3. No park dedication fee required. <br />
