Mayor Van Nest concluded that there appe,:Ts to be ;nany questions that remain unanswere and staff will require addi'_ional time to research all the information required to justify Mr. Tiork's request. Mayor Van Nest moved, ;d.r';h seconded, to table the request of the North .)-ore Marina for a structure with boat racks ntil the May 9, 1977 Council meeting. Motion, Ayes (3) - Nays (0). Mr. George Johnson, 835 Partenwood Road, addressed the City Council stating that there are some concerns that the Council should address themselves to: 1. The City Council cannot grant permits for temi.orary cor,.struction. 2. If the City of Orono should allow Mr. Hork to install the racks, the City is inviting a lawsuit. Mr. George Johnson felt that there was much public concern in allowing the marinas to expand their operation at this time. Mayor Van Nest moved, Butler seconded, to table the request of Dan Oas, 3297 Casco Circle, to waive special assessments, until the Council meeting of May 9, 1977 f-,r further information. Motion, Ayes (3) - Nays (0). Mayor Van Nest moved, Welsh seconded, to refer to the planning Commission the subdivision request of Haro'd Anderson, 4665 Bayside Road, for their review and comments. Motion, Ayes (3) - Nays (0).
