As <br />sr ,in as the Watershed District Poproves it, <br />then a written copy of that approval must be <br />submitted to Dexter Marston, and if it meets <br />IIr. idarston's approval, then the staff is <br />authorized to grant a variance. Motion, Ayes (3) - Nays (0). <br />Searles moved, Paurus seconded, to grant the <br />subdivision to Hugh Harrison and that a 50' <br />access to the lake be provided and that a <br />58 park fee be charged for this subdivision. <br />i-iotion, Ayes (3) - Nays (0) . <br />Paurus moved, Butler seconded, to deny the <br />street vacation of Dale Batson, 2200 Bayview <br />Place. But the Council did feel that perhaps <br />consideration should be given in the future <br />for the variances needed for construction of <br />a garage. Motion, Ayes (3) - Plays (0) . <br />Paurus moved, Butler seconded, to approve the <br />conditional use permit of Edward Zubov, <br />1940 Shoreline Drive, under the conditions as <br />specified by fir. I.iarston in his memo.
