You will be required to <br />resubmit your application for the proposed div.sion. <br />The procedure consists of both a preliminary and final plat approval. The <br />formula for determining the park dedication fee has also been changed somewhat <br />since your original proposal was made. The park dedication fee on your original <br />proposal was never paid. <br />We have discovered several problems in the original proposal and would like to <br />suggest several changes if at all possible. The front lot lacks the necessary <br />2 acres (87,120 sq. ft.) area and the rear lot appears to be landlocked. An <br />access easement to the back lot should be indicated on the proposed plat. <br />A new application form can be obtained at the City offices. The fee for a sub- <br />division proposal is $100 plus $2 for each proposed parcel. A certified list <br />of names and addresses of all property owners within 300' of the boundaries of <br />the subject property is also required.
