<br />1. A Mortgage in favor of Investors Savings Bank, F.S.B.,
<br />dated May 16, 1988, and filed June 28, 1988, as Document No.
<br />1940749, securing the original principal amount of $85,000.00.
<br />This Mortgage constitutes a lien upon the property until paid. You
<br />should require that the mortgage company sign the Plat, or execute
<br />a consent to Plat, or, in lieu thereof, you should require that the
<br />Mortgage be satisfied.
<br />2. A Mortgage in favor of Investors Savings Bank, F.S.B.,
<br />dated April 15, 1993, and recorded May 12, 1993, as Document No.
<br />2374128, securing the original principal amount of $50,000.00.
<br />This Mortgage also constitutes a lien upon the property until paid.
<br />If you are requiring a Satisfaction of the Mortgages, you should
<br />require a Satisfaction of this Mortgage as well.
<br />3. The property is subject to a Flowage and Conservation
<br />Easement and Waiver of Damages Agreement, a copy of which is
<br />attached. I have reviewed this document, and I find it to be
<br />identical to others normally required in the city of Orono, and,
<br />therefore, not objectionable. The area covered by this document
<br />is highlighted on an exhibit to this letter.
<br />4. The property is subject to drainage and utility easements
<br />as shown on the recorded Plat.
<br />5. The judgment, tax lien and bankruptcy search reveals the
<br />following:
