Certified Property Owners List of owners within 350' (you must obtain <br />this list from Hennepin County Department of Finance A-603 Govt Center <br />348-3271). <br />4. As an addendum to this application, please attach a separate list of <br />any other persons you wish notified of this application. <br />Certification by Zoning Department that Preliminary Plat Application is <br />complete. <br />Zoning Official's Signature Date <br />1. Payment of fees (park fees, filing fee, sewer and water assessments). <br />2. Signed certificate of survey or mylar copies of formal plat. <br />3. Title opinion. <br />4.
