Future access corridor to the south will be sought, applicant may <br />construct cul-de-sac road. The City to ask for an extension outlot to <br />south boundary. <br />2. Pole barn structure or any other accessory structure within <br />proposed Lot 7 must meet required setbacks depending upon final <br />proposed use of structures (50' for storage; 75' for the keeping of <br />animals for private use; 150' for the keeping of animals for quasi- <br />anmmercf.al) . <br />3. The Planning Commission failed to provide direction regarding <br />access for Lot 7 on Bayside Road. Survey of preliminary subdivision. <br />a) Location of all existing structures to remain. <br />b) Location of wetland. <br />c) Location of all septic test sites. <br />d) Plat road platted as 50' outlot; 100' diameter temporary cul- <br />de-sac with a separate extension outlot to south lot line from <br />end of temporary cul-de-sac. <br />2. Septic testing for all proposed undeveloped lots. Alternate <br />septic test sites should be provided for Lots 1 and 7. Existing <br />septic systems serving each of the existing homes should also be <br />located within the newly defined boundaries of each P"?" <br />llot.3. Fees to be submitted: OX0.00 <br />a) preliminary plat application a Se40.44 <br />b) private road - $600.00 + .50 per lineal foot of road <br />c) septic fee - $250.00 ($50.00 per each undeveloped lot) <br />
