Option 1 involves a six lot <br />division of the Olson property. Option 2 involves a twelve lot comprehensive subdivision of <br />both the White and Olson parcels. Staff has been advised by the developer that the Whites have <br />agreed to join in the subdivision so Planning Commission members need only consider Option <br />2.
