The planning <br />Commission should discuss the recommendations of staff and Hennepin County using the guidance <br />provided in the Bayview Farms 2 nd Addition resolutions and direct the applicant accordingly. <br />Staff Recommendation <br />Staff recommends the planning commission walk through the known issues identified within the staff <br />report and discuss with the applicant the available options. Staff recommends the application be tabled <br />upon providing clear direction to the applicant regarding expectations. The applicant should be <br />prepared to discuss the issues with the commission and prepare to draft revised plans as requested for <br />placement on the March planning commission agenda .
