#13-3630 <br />9 Oct 2013 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />Planning Commission Recommendation <br />On September 16, 2013, the Planning Commission voted on 7 — 0 on a motion to recommend approval of the <br />revised landscape plan. <br />Planning Staff Recommendation <br />Staff finds the placement and number of proposed boulevard trees to be a better fit for a rural design and <br />recommends approval. <br />Additionally, staff recommends approval of Bayside Trail as the street name. Once the name has been <br />assigned staff will be able to proceed with assigning addresses to the each of the individual lots within the <br />plat. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />The Council should consider the applicant's request for approval of the revised landscape plan and adopt or <br />amend the attached Resolution. Additionally the Council should make a motion to assign the name Bayside <br />Trail to the private road in the plat of Bayside Meadows. <br />
