I can include these comments in the packet for Planning Commission for the current application <br />you would like. However, the current application (#13-3630) is regarding a request to allow fewer trees than the code <br />requirement for boulevard trees along the newly created roadway. <br />I note that your attached comments seem focused on the subdivision approval... I do want to let you know that the <br />subdivision received final approval in June and has been recorded with the County. It is complete and the timeframe to <br />submit effective comments relating to the subdivision has passed. They should be starting work out there this fall. <br />Please advise regarding whom you would like me to forward your comments to — Planning Commission?
