CITY <br />0IRO G <br />1 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 5329 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Orono <br />does hereby approve the revised landscape plan for the plat of BAYSIDE MEADOWS, Hennepin <br />County, Minnesota (a copy of which is attached as Exhibit A) with the following condition: <br />The plantings required per the revised landscape plan shall be completed prior to <br />issuance of building permits for the construction of homes within the development. <br />The approval granted by this Resolution shall expire if the conditions of this Resolution have not <br />been met or the plat has not been filed by the date specified above. <br />Adopted by the City Council of Orono this 14`h day of October, 2013, <br />ATTEST: <br />Rachel Dodge, City Clerk Lili Tod McMillan, Mayor <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
