VILLAGE OF OFONO <br />regular Meeting of the Vill tge Council, 4:30 P.M. <br />December 22, 1967 <br />The Village Council met on the above date <br />with the followingg members present- Mayor <br />Ross, Councilmen Franzel and Searles. <br />Councilmen Bagley and Stubbs absent. <br />Franzel moved, Searles seconded, that the M?NUTES <br />Minutes of the Regular Meeting of December 11, <br />1967, be approved. Motion, Ayes (3) - <br />Nays (0). <br />Searles moved, Franzel seconded, that the BUILDING PERMIT <br />request of James Jandrell for a Building <br />Permit located at 3065 Casco Point Road be <br />referred to the Planning Commission for <br />review tnd recommendation. Motion, <br />Ayes (3) - Nays (0). <br />Searles moved, Franzel seconded, that the SETUP LICENSE <br />ap?lication for a Setun License for the <br />Stubbs Asy Resort, be tabled. Motion, <br />Ayes (3, - Nays (0) . <br />Searles moved, Franzel seconded, that the SKI-TONKA <br />request of Lee Piimus of Ski-Tonka for <br />temporary directional signs and that <br />temporary permission for snow making, <br />ski -lift setback, and compressor muffling <br />in agreement with Administration memo of <br />December 21, 1967, be approved Motion, <br />Ayes (3) - Nays (0). <br />Searles moved, Franzel seconded, that the FINAL PLAT <br />Final Plat of Vasa Park, subject to the <br />approval of the County, be approved. <br />Motion, Ayes (3) - Nays (0). <br />Franzel moved, Searles seconded, that RESOLUTION #216 <br />Resolution 0216, A Resolution Approving <br />The Extension Of Time For Interest Free <br />Payment Of Sewer Assessments, Le adopted. <br />Motion, Ayes (3) - Nays (0) . ., <br />r" <br />Searles moved, Franzel seconded, that the DIVISION <br />request of Lee Primus for a Division at <br />4660 Bayside Road, be approved.
