I r <br />Ln V Aw4,. <br />We have prepared the assessment roll for the Crystal Ray sewer project and <br />attached an example payment schedule for a single unit assessment. The total <br />project cost is $900,000 with 89 equivalent units benefiting from the <br />improvement. <br />There are 76 singlc family units or vacant lots which are buildable. There <br />are 8 units which were developed by assessing Tonks Transmission and Sailors <br />World with 2 units each and the property at 1950 Shoreline Drive with 4 <br />units. The remaining 5 units were assessed to City owned property. <br />The total project cost would be increased to $905,000 if the art center is <br />included in the project. We have proposed that the art center be assessed a <br />total of 10 units which would increase the total number of equivalent units in <br />the project to 99.
