4. A brief notice of bond sale shall be published in <br />the official newspaper of the City and in Commercial west, a <br />financial paper published in Minneapolis, Minnesota, at least ten <br />days prior to the date of sale, which notice shall identify the <br />following: the principal amount of the bonds, the years during <br />which the bonds mature, the time and place of receipt and consid- <br />eration of bids, the approving legal opinion of Faegre 6 Benson <br />of Minneapolis, Minnesota, and the names of the Clerk and <br />Financial Consultants. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Member <br />and upon vote being <br />taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />-6- <br />
