Adams seconded, <br />to acknowledge the information received regardingthe League <br />of MN Cities Convention. Motion, Ayes (5), Nays (0). <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br />STATUS REPORT ON <br />130 CYGNET PLACE City Attorney Radio updated the Council regarding the <br />violations at 130 Cygnet Place. Radio explained that no <br />progress has been made to correct the viulations at 130 <br />Cygnet Place, even after extending the deadline date for the <br />property owner. <br />Councilmember Frahm moved, Councilmember Grabek seconded, <br />to direct staff to begin criminal proceedings against the <br />owner at 130 Cygnet Place. Motion, Ayes (5), Nays (0). <br />LICENSES* Councilmember Frahm moved, Councilmember T. Adams seconded, <br />to approve the following licenses: <br />Art Center of MN - One day setup permit <br />Art Center of MN - One day situp permit <br />Hayes Excavating - Septic System Installers License <br />Jerry Johnson Excavating - Septic System <br />Installers License <br />Woodlake Sanitary Service - Garbage Haulers License <br />R & W Sanitation - Garbage Haulers License <br />Motion, Ayes (5), Nays (0). <br />BILLS* Councilmember Frahm moved, Councilmember T. Adams seconded, <br />that the All Funds Accounts and Liquor Store Accounts be <br />paid.
