The builder was advised <br />of the need for a cona� : l,,na l use permit. <br />The applicant advises that the apartment will be for the <br />exclusive use of their guests or possibly a caretaker. The unit <br />will not be rented. There is adequate area, 16+ acres, to sup- <br />port an additional residential unit. The application satisfies <br />all performance standards of Section 10.20, Subdivision 3 (G). <br />The apartment consists of kitchen, sitting room, bedroom and <br />bathroom. The unit will be served by a separate entrance. <br />Planning Co ssion Recommendations: <br />To approve a conditional use permit for the guest apartment <br />within the residence located at 250 Old Crystal Bay Road finding <br />all standards of Section 10.20, Subdivision 3 (G) to be satisfied <br />subject to the condition that the separate apartment unit may <br />never be rented. <br />The enclosed staff resolution has been drafted to include <br />the necessary findings and conditions set forth by the Planning <br />Commission. <br />
