There was no one present from the public. <br />Assistant Zoning Administrator Gaffron stated that j <br />this application is a subdivision of approximately a 1 <br />4.4 acre parcel, excluding roadways. Thus making twc <br />lots of approximately 2.2 acres. The topography of <br />this property makes this subdivision a logical <br />division. <br />Kelley noted that the houses woula have to r—ild <br />behind the 200' lot width line. Kel ley also ,es- <br />tioned how many driveways would be incorporated. <br />Mr. Krueger stated that two driveways would be <br />implemented. <br />Kelley moved, Goett seconded, to recommend approval <br />of preliminary subdivision for Chuck z Janet Peterson <br />for property located at 825 Old Long Lake Road sub- <br />ject to the following conditions: <br />1.
