Ilsbury, Parcels B, C & D that total approximately <br />4.01 acres in area. Per Section 10.03, Subdivision 6 (C), Council <br />approval is required when that separation results in a buildable site <br />that does not satisfy evrr`nt zoning standards. <br />The new dividing lot line has been staked for Councils <br />inspection. The location of the flood plain within the prjpo: <br />undeveloped lot has been reviewed with the prospective builder, John <br />Pillsbury. He wants me to reassure the Council that the proposed <br />division will not affect his choice of huiiding location. Mr. & Mrs. <br />Pillsbury met with me earlier this year and we discussed the build - <br />ability of the 2 acre site and the possibility of dividing off a <br />portion of the property to Ice comhined with his brother-in-law's <br />1 <br />
