City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. <br />a) Platform sections must be laid directly on a level <br />sand bed and are to be free-floating, with no footings <br />or foundation. <br />b) No impermeable materials which would restrict the <br />natural infiltration of run-off may be placed under the <br />platforms or sand bed. <br />c) The platforms shall be designed with decking boards <br />no wider than 8" and the ratio of board width to board <br />spacing may be no greater than 12:1 (8.33% open space). <br />No spacing shall be less than 1/8". <br />9. The applicant is placed on notice that the platforms <br />described in item 8 above may never b-2 altered to become <br />hardcover, and the City reserves the right to periodically <br />inspect the platforms and may order their removal at such <br />future time that they are deemed to pose an environmental <br />threat to Lake Minnetonka. <br />10. The unde-_signed owner has read, understood and hereby <br />agrees to the arms of this resolution and on behalf of <br />himself, his heirs, successors, and assigns, hereby agrees <br />to the recording of this resolution in the chain of title of <br />the property. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, <br />Minnesota on the 13th of May, 1985. <br />ATTEST: <br />Dorothy M.
