Dear Orono Property Owner: <br />The City Council of the City of Orono will meet n Monday, April <br />22, 1985, at 7:00 P.M., at the Orono Middle School Auditorium, <br />685 Old Crystal Bay Road North, to pass upon a proposed special <br />assessment for the construction of sanitary sewers in the Crystal <br />Bay area. <br />The notice of the public hearing is enclosed for your <br />information. <br />As stated in *.he notice the City Council will consider several <br />assessment options including a partial assessment of the project <br />cc,st to the benefitting property cwners with the remainder of the <br />project cost to be paid out of City fends, which could result in <br />an increase in property taxes of the entire City. <br />
