This <br />correspondence is intended to operate as an objection by the <br />Waynes to the proposed assessment for the following reasons: <br />1. The proposed assessment exceeds the benefit to the <br />subject property; that is, the assessment does not <br />increase the market vale: of the property by at least <br />the amount of the assessment. <br />2. That the method used by the City Council in arriving at <br />the assessed amount for the subject property is <br />arbitrary, unlawful and invalid. <br />On behalf of the Waynes, I would appreciate receiving any <br />and all documentation relating to the assessment proceedings at <br />my office address.
