The entire aspect of the proposed payment schedule <br />(having the entire city pay for a local assessment) <br />is contrary to all previous assessments, historical <br />assessing, etc. etc. My personal feeling is strictly <br />against this and I would do all in my power to fight <br />including some suggestion that the parties involved <br />in trying to push this thru be legally removed from <br />office -including any other person involved as for <br />example, the hired city attorney. <br />2. On the 2nd page of the letter - 2nd paragraph, is <br />a statement "No appeal _ _ _ by the affected <br />property owner _ _ _ _ hearing. <br />I object of the wording of this because if the <br />proposed financing goes thru, I will be an "affected <br />proporty owner" and I don't think I have to object <br />in writing or in person by any specific deadline. <br />,/ i <br />j�J <br />Robert W.
