Ogland - Record Lot No. 38 - Big Island <br />Variance - Resolution - Consert Agenda <br />Per your 4-1 vote on April 8, 1985, I have revised the <br />resolution for this application by making the additional finding <br />that no hardship is demonstrated to justify allowing the storage <br />building to remain in the 0-75' setback area, revising the ap- <br />proved hardcover 8 to reflect the removal of the storage building <br />and adding the condition that the storage building must be re- <br />moved from the 0-75' lakeshore setback area prior to issuance of <br />a certificate of occupancy for the new principal structure. <br />
